Unfortunately, we can not accept returns or exchanges if you have changed your mind.  However, if the item is faulty we ask you to provide images of the fault or return the item to us for assessment.  We will endeavour to repair or replace the item; failing this we will issue an online store credit for an exchange or refund for the original invoice amount. 

Please contact enquiries@tommytwice.com with your original invoice number, what you are returning and why.

Return postage and tracking is the responsibility of the customer, please send all returns via a recorded delivery method.  tommytwice.com is not responsible for any packages that you send to us.

We do not refund initial postage charges for returned items unless the goods are deemed faulty.
